Kirby Hill, Pastor of Southside in Carthage is going on a 240 mile bike ride to raise money for Mission Dignity, a program of Guidestone that provides extra income to deserving retired ministers and their spouses. The ride will take place September 2-10 on the "Katy Trail" in Missouri. The Katy Trail is a 239 mile (386 km) trail stretching across most of the state of Missouri. Over half the trail's length follows Lewis and Clark's path up the Missouri River, where you can ride beneath towering river bluffs while eagles circle overhead.
